Survey investigating what plastic surgery trainees want from their trainers
The latest GMC National Training Survey demonstrated that trainees in plastic surgery feel that they are receiving only average or below average supervision and feedback in training. To investigate this further and improve training supervision and feedback, I would be extremely grateful if you could complete the following survey that has been devised with Mr Srinivasan, consultant plastic surgeon at Royal Preston Hospital and a member of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers, RCS Edinburgh.
Many thanks for your help.
